About my area

The properties in my portfolio are mainly located in Périgueux and its immediate surroundings. Périgueux is a very pleasant city to live in, it has everything you need, train station, public transport, shops, schools, museum... The Dordogne is a department rich in beautiful landscapes, picturesque villages, gastronomy and numerous castles. The climate is very pleasant. A real little piece of paradise suitable for all ages, whether you are young or a little less !!!

About me

I work in tandem with Alexandra COLUN. How can we define our shock duo? One is Périgourdine by birth (Daniela) and the other is from the Angers area (Alexandra). Each of us is an ingredient that combines to make a good recipe... We are two very different people but complementary. One is very open the other more reserved, one dares the other hesitates, one likes numbers the other letters but what brings us together are our passions (creative hobbies, decoration, real estate), our families, our vision of life, our worlds, our determination ... What makes us strong: our differences, our taste for excellence, our human side, our desire to help others, our experiences, our complicity, our desire to give the best of ourselves in everything we do...
